Processing Time All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods We ship via USPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times vary based on your location and the USPS service selected at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Local Pickup Local pickup is available at no charge. If you select this option at checkout, we will contact you with pickup details once your order is ready.

Domestic Shipping Only At this time, we ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@specialblendemporium.com. We will work with USPS to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
